Every wedding Cole Drake Events designs and plans is as individual and unique as each of our couples, thankfully!  With that in mind, our wedding planning services are personalized and tailored to fit those unique needs, cultures, tastes, and interests of our clients.  Our couples don’t fit into a mold, so why should their wedding planner and planning services? Our custom approach enables us to curate your Napa, Sonoma, Cabo or destination wedding (and the journey leading up to it), so that you are involved in key decision-making while leaving the details of executing that vision to a seasoned professional.     WE GET TO KNOW YOU

    Before we discuss florals, floor plans, or whether escort walls are officially overdone, we start with you. Your priorities. Your personalities. Your vision. Your guest experience goals. Your family dynamics. Your aesthetic preferences. Your non-negotiables. Your “absolutely not under any circumstances” list.

    We want to understand how you want the weekend to feel, not just how you want it to look. We’ll also assess your tolerance level for wedding-related decision fatigue, which is both real and aggressive.

    WE MANAGE THE MOVING PARTS

    This is the phase where things become impressively complex behind the scenes while remaining remarkably calm in front of you. We oversee vendor communication, timelines, logistics, budgets, layouts, transportation, production schedules, rental coordination, contract management, installation timing, contingency planning, and all the tiny details that somehow become critically important at the worst possible moment.

    We also handle the “quick question” emails that are never actually quick … Our job is to absorb the pressure so you can remain excited about your wedding instead of accidentally turning it into a second full-time job.

    Frankly, there are easier ways to spend your engagement season.

    YOU ENJOY YOUR WEDDING WEEKEND

    Like a civilized person. By the time your wedding weekend arrives, our goal is for you to feel fully present, not distracted by logistics, vendor questions, setup concerns, or whether the candles arrived at the correct temperature or whatever else weddings suddenly require people to care about.

    You should be soaking in the atmosphere, spending time with your guests, drinking excellent Napa wine, and experiencing the weekend you spent months planning. Meanwhile, we’re behind the scenes managing timelines, directing vendors, solving problems discreetly, adjusting details in real time, and making sure everything unfolds exactly as it should.

    All you feel is ease. And maybe mild disbelief that everything came together so seamlessly.
