From family gatherings to luxury weddings, she has always been the person quietly making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there, and somehow still having fun in the process.

Her journey into events began in the world of luxury hospitality, where she mastered the art of anticipating needs before guests even knew they had them. After managing weddings, social celebrations, and even a healthy dose of corporate events (which she promises are more exciting than they sound), she developed an appreciation for the countless details that transform a good event into an unforgettable one. Along the way, she became fluent in vendor negotiations, timeline wizardry, and the delicate balance of keeping both clients and caterers happy.

Courtney firmly believes that every event should feel effortless for the people experiencing it, even though she knows firsthand how much work goes on behind the scenes to create that magic. Her favorite part of the planning process is watching a vision come to life and seeing the joy it brings to her clients, their families, and their guests.

When she’s not planning celebrations, Courtney is a self-proclaimed sparkling water connoisseur who can confidently discuss the merits of various bubble levels. She loves discovering new local restaurants, never says no to a good glass of wine, and spends much of her free time planning family adventures around her husband’s ambitious endurance sports goals. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines, swinging at the park with her daughter Ella, or cuddling up with her cat Nickolai, Courtney approaches life the same way she approaches events—with enthusiasm, heart, and a well-organized plan.
